We are keen to preserve and promote the culture and know-how of groups with local roots and a cultural language that we call ‘communities’. To do this, we offer you tools that will help strengthen the links between peoples and between generations.
Exchanging know-how A person discovers the association’s project. This person is part of a group of people who live in the same place and have a specific cultural language; they are therefore part of a ‘community’.
A young person from the community takes on the role of representative: this is the person who will share information on the forum and liaise with the association.
The community representative enters the skills forum.
By answering 5 questions on a new theme each month, they can share their know-how and exchange ideas with other members of the participating communities.
Each month, the community representative and his or her community can discover their identity positioning on the know-how constellations, and discover other ways of meeting their needs.
The communities that respond to the questions posed by the Know-How Forum over a 12-month period will be able to benefit from a consultation on their needs and expertise to strengthen their autonomy and local dynamism.
If the project set-up goes well, we will seek funding and the community will be able to join our cooperate cluster actions.
2. COOPERATE: Setting up projects directly linked to the culture and needs of the community. 3. RAISING AWARENESS: Promoting know-how in the cards of the Social Constellation game, raising awareness of interculturality.
We work with local young people to encourage them to value traditions and motivate them to stay in their communities. Collectively, we ensure that intergenerational exchanges in the villages remain dynamic while creating new opportunities for young people.
