The Bulu community
In the heart of Cameroon is the village of Mvam-Essaebeng where we find the Bulu community who face many challenges on a daily basis such as access to drinking water, precarious hygiene conditions …. thus endangering their health and well-being.
A first partnership began with initiatives such as fish, pig and poultry farming, allowing us to achieve food self-sufficiency and strengthen ties with the local community.
Thanks to this strong relationship, we embarked on an even more impactful project; the construction of a water tower
The Objectives of the project
The main objective is to provide a lasting solution to the water crisis. This system will not only provide clean and safe drinking water to all households in the village but will also contribute to improving the general quality of life of the inhabitants!
On the ground with Maurice
Constellation Sociale is carrying out this project in collaboration with the GIC of young farmers of the village who have become the local partner responsible for training, raising awareness and mobilizing the local workforce, providing the construction site of the water tower and supervising all the work. We also have Maurice Rabier from Mvam-Essaebeng who has become the spokesperson between the association and the Bulus, in order to be able to discuss the progress of the projects!

How to help the Bulu?
Your help allows us to finance the different stages of our project, this involves a lot of steps; such as the inventory, the recruitment of engineers, the construction of the water tower until its monitoring.
