Our mission? To make cultures and know-how shine by sharing them around the world!
By working hand in hand with local communities, we realize solidarity projects on an international scale. Our goal is to raise awareness of global citizenship by highlighting diversity as a source of wealth, whether in France or elsewhere in the world.
Our actions are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the UN. Among the 17 SDGs, we have a direct and indirect impact on several of them, including the fight against hunger, the reduction of inequalities, the promotion of sustainable communities and the strengthening of partnerships to achieve these goals.
COOPERATE
Collaborate with rural communities
In our international actions, we help three communities: the Bulus in Cameroon, the Waorani in Ecuador and the Tah ka Lone in Burma. Our main objective is to promote their autonomy and self-sufficiency. From setting up agricultural projects to building essential infrastructure, we work together with these communities to create a sustainable future.
In each community with which we collaborate, a young person exchanges monthly with the village elders so that they can share their know-how. Each know-how is documented with translated texts, details on the meaning of words and photos. This shared knowledge enriches our activities in France and will soon be used to feed a forum, promoting intercultural dialogue without any language barriers.
We also had the opportunity to launch the intercultural fresco, an educational activity based on a card game. Its goal? To promote awareness, exchange and the creation of links around various themes such as male/female relationships, food or music. This initiative aims to highlight cultural diversity while addressing the challenges faced by our partners and to raise awareness about the impact of our lifestyles in France on living conditions elsewhere.
