This immersive project invites participants to simulate the establishment of a community chicken coop in the Waorani community of Miwaguno (Ecuador). Participants take on different roles (youth leaders, council of elders, project managers, anthropologists), and experience the practical challenges related to food security, economic self-sufficiency, social cohesion, and cultural preservation. The workshop combines in-person interactions with simple digital tools, allowing participants to document local knowledge and collectively brainstorm participatory and equitable solutions.
