Our international mobility programs are not humanitarian missions, but rather experiences in active cooperation. They encourage us to listen, understand and work alongside local communities, drawing on our knowledge, practices, and connection to the local area. Each project becomes a shared learning environment, where we explore sustainability, self-reliance and living heritage through hands-on experiences.
How it works?
Our mobility initiatives are based on an innovative approach to cooperation:
Local communities choose their projects based on their priorities (education, food, water, housing, etc.).
We support the implementation of these projects using a methodology grounded in local knowledge and expertise.
Each initiative embodies the three pillars of Constellation Sociale:
Connecting, listening and understanding cultural realities,
Raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and fostering intercultural dialogue,
Cooperating and working together to find equitable and sustainable solutions.
Flagship Project: The Orphanage in Myanmar
This project, which emerged amid a complex political transition, led to the creation of a community-based orphanage near Hmawbi in southern Myanmar.
Volunteers contributed to educational management, the creation of a farm and a vegetable garden, and the establishment of an international sponsorship network, all while adapting to a dictatorial environment that demanded attentiveness, discretion, and deep respect for local cultures.
This formative experience shaped our approach to international mobility: cooperation begins with learning to listen.
